Scottsdale Environmental Advisory Commission

Description

A City Council appointed citizen commission to advise the Council on issues related to preservation and enhancement of local environmental.

The City of Scottsdale has taken every opportunity to establish community participation programs in which citizens can become involved. Boards, commissions and committees in various areas of interest have been organized for residents to take an active role in their city government.

The Scottsdale Environmental Advisory Commission provides guidance on the prioritization of current and future environmental activities and recommends environmental policies to the City Council.
